Healthy but also tasty bread. They suggest a scaled range of qualities, from white long-fermented bread which would be their "Crianza" to a more traditional Levain or "Tradition Française" which would be their grand reserve. Their types of breads as well as being healthy, have a good texture, volume and taste. They bake all their breads in situ from beginning to end and sell no preheated pre-cooked breads as freshly-baked. Also on offer are low glycaemic index breads.
